Exploring coming of age moments...

 We will begin our week with an orientation in the Media Center.  Please make sure to report directly to the media center. This week we will continue our exploration of Coming of Age texts and begin creating our own Coming of Age poems. You will develop a poetry anthology based on the assignment on pg. 329 in SpringBoard.  We will also look at a poem and prose text by Luis J. Rodriguez, "Always Running" and "Race/Politics." 

You should continue working on your parallel reading assignments. Remember by next week, you will have 6 double journal entries and your finished visual response to your personal Coming of Age novel.
