This week we will continue and conclude our study of the Coming of Age theme. Remember that Coming of Age is centered around the transition of being a child to becoming an adult.

Hello 9th Lit Scholars,
Welcome to second semester and thank you for taking the time to read this week's blog. I post weekly and you are responsible for the information contained inside. If you have questions I am available at dawn.whipple@cobbk12.org please include your full name and block in your email. 

Pre-Course Reading Assignment
Your pre-course reading assignment is based on Sean Covey's The Seven Highly Effective Habits of Teens.  In order to receive full credit for your pre-course reading you must submit your work no later than Friday January 17, 2020. If you have a blog post please use this form.

After reading, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens, please choose a task from the list below to explain how you believe each habit will affect you in this coming school year. How do you believe the lessons taught in each chapter can help you be successful? What information from the book could assist you and your fellow peers to help you reach your goals?
